Shipping Policy

At Imodaz, we understand the importance of receiving your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. That’s why we have set up a shipping policy that outlines our delivery process, expected delivery times, and what to do in case of any issues with your order. We aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience and strive to deliver your purchases to you as soon as possible.

Processing time: Once you have placed your order, it takes us 3-4 business days to process it. During this time, we will verify your payment information, pick and pack your items, and prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping time: Once your order has been processed, it takes 4-5 business days for shipping. Our business days are from Monday to Saturday, and we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Total Delivery Time: Processing time + Shipping time

Shipping Method and Rates: Imodaz offers two shipping methods: Standard Shipping and Express Shipping. Our standard shipping method is free.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Imodaz makes every effort to deliver your purchases to you on time. However, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather conditions, customs delays, or other reasons beyond our control. If a delay occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to minimize the impact on your delivery.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Incorrect addresses may delay the delivery of your order. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete, including the zip code and telephone number. Imodaz is not responsible for delivery delays or additional shipping fees that may result from providing an incorrect shipping address.

LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to locate it. If the package cannot be located, we will replace the items for you free of charge. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, and we will process a replacement or refund for you.

EMERGENCY SITUATION

In case of an emergency, such as a natural disaster or other unforeseen event, Imodaz may temporarily suspend operations and shipping. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updates on the status of your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy for more information.
